UNDER MY SKIN
“Under my skin” talks about the ugly side of me. I’ve always been a person with anger issues. I’ve seen people trying to distant themselves from me. I’d lash out often and later on regret about it. For a very long time it stuck to me. When I started working on this project on self, that was this one thing I could see very clearly, the anger and what it cost me every time. The one ugly part of me which I always tried to contained but it often took a turn & I ends up hurting my loved ones.
This project's objective is for having a clearer understanding of our thought and behavioral patterns helps us to understand other people. When we are more self-aware, we are better at understanding ourselves. We are then able to identify changes we want to make and recognize our strengths so we can build on them.
Hence, chose to talk about my anger and how often I tried to isolate this feeling. I tried to portray how it makes me feel through visual representations.
